What do I need to have in order to be able to use the bookings section of the website?
All you need is an ABN, professional indemnity and public liability insurance and a current Level 1 First Aid Certificate with CPR. Uou must have a soft copy of your insurance and first aid certificates as they will need to be uploaded during the registration process You will be able to activate the booking system with any of the three membership options however the fee structure will change for each one. The membership fees will be deducted via secure credit card debits on a monthly basis on the same date each month as the first payment was made (eg, you signed up on the 5th, the payment will be deducted every month on the 5th)

The first deduction will occur upon registration and will continue on the same date each month until such a time that you cancel your account with Search for Pilates (eg, you registered on November 9th, you will get billed on the 9th of every month)

Log into your account and click on the "My Account" tab Click "cancel account" on the left hand menu. As long as this is done two weeks before payment is due, you will not be charged the next monthly fee.

What is the difference between a profile photo and a profile image?
The profile photo will appear next to your name when a client searches via postcode or type of pilates classs offered. It can be of you or your studio logo. The profile image is similar to the cover photo on Facebook. It can be an image of your studio, a motivational quote or something that will resonate with your prospective new client (an image of the ocean or a beautiful sunset are some examples)

This money will be transferred on a monthly basis to the credit card or bank account provided

If you have a professional pilates qualification you should be able to claim the fee back each year as a tax deduction relating to the promotion of your business.
